“I did not know that I would find a mentor and friend at CriticalRiver who would become a person I would truly look up to and emulate some day,” says Gerome Archie Sangalang, associate CC&B developer in Philippines.

Gerome had spent hours with a code that appeared to be an unsolved puzzle for him, with each error being a roadblock in his path. It was then that a senior mentor stepped in and guided him through the process.

“My mentor’s advice and support made the solution seem much easier to implement, and I successfully fixed the issue with newfound confidence,” Gerome says.

Standing at the threshold of his career, Gerome looks ahead with a purpose. He aspires not only to refine his own skills but also to become a mentor himself and pass on the lessons he had learned.
